On Monday, December 2nd from 7:30-8:45 pm at the Woodville Community Centre join 200hr Yoga Instructor Suzi Fevens for a relaxing practice that is sure to destress you during this busy holiday season.
We will start with a restorative yoga practice to help all participants relax and release tension, then move onto a yoga nidra practice which will allow you to leave the class feeling refreshed. Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as yogic sleep is a form of meditation that anyone can do and can enjoy the benefits from almost immediately.
Then, before you leave, enjoy a cup of relaxing herbal tea and pick up your self-care goodie bag that will help to keep you relaxed throughout the holiday season.
