With my workouts, you’ll feel challenged – but successful, they will help reduce stress (and workout guilt) right from your own home in less time than it takes to watch an episode of The Office on Netflix.
Are you ready to gain strength, improve your cardiovascular endurance and lose stubborn body fat all without the need for fancy exercise equipment, hours in the gym, and a training plan from a website or book that can’t answer your questions or provide advice when needed?
After purchase, you’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire to help me learn more about your current fitness routine, strengths, weaknesses, and injuries or pre-existing conditions, etc. to help me in the creation of your program.
The workout is created based on 3-workouts/week which will take approximately 15 minutes each to complete. You will receive a workout plan with all of your different workout exercises listed, as well as links to exercise demo videos. Also included is a workout schedule that shows how many reps/sets of each workout you are to complete to make following the workouts really easy.
On top of your customized program, you get 8-weeks of online coaching from me which starts the day your program is delivered. You can ask me any questions you might have, get exercise swaps if needed, advise on stretches/foam rolling/etc.
I’m also happy to provide accountability during those 8 weeks, checking in with you at the end of each week to see how you are doing, and to make sure you are doing your workouts. If you wish to have me keep you accountable, you just need to let me know as I don’t do it automatically.
