Run Coaching is perfect for those who would like to train for a 5K or 10K race, but are interested in having a personal coach and training program. Unlike free programs you find online, Suzi, a certified Run-Fit Coach will create a program for you based on previous performance, or a “from scratch” program if you are learning to run.Your 8-week coaching program includes an initial consultation via email, phone/skype or in person to determine your needs and goals. With that information, Suzi will create a plan that best suits you, your lifestyle and schedule to help you get to race day (or the end of the 12-weeks) feeling great about your progress. Suzi is not only a running coach, but is also a yoga instructor, fitness instructor and nutrition coach so is able to be your one-stop shop for all your training needs.
With hands-on coaching, not only do you get her experience when she creates your plan, you also get 8-weeks of access to Suzi, her knowledge, expertise and support.
