This one-on-one conference will help you create a plan to help you resolve your most pressing stress resiliency issue. You’ll receive a questionnaire to complete prior to the call to make sure we are both coming into the call on the same page. After our call, you will receive a file with a detailed action plan based on our conversation you can begin to implement immediately to help you achieve your goals.
General Fitness/Health Strategy
Want to improve your health and wellness but don’t know where to start? This type of coaching involves a longer interview process so that I can uncover where your biggest struggle(s) is/are and where to first focus our attention. Sometimes it takes an outsider to help us look at what we are doing to see where we the most help.
