Types of 1:1 Coaching:

Wellness Mapping

This one-on-one video conference will help you create a wellness plan to help you achieve your most pressing wellness issue. You’ll receive a questionnaire to complete prior to the call to make sure we are both coming into the call on the same page. After our call, you will receive a file with a detailed action plan based on our conversation you can begin to implement immediately to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Nutrition Strategy Plan

This hour-long one-on-one strategy session will help you create a long-term nutrition plan that will fit your life. Whether you’re starting on a brand new wellness journey or looking to level-up your nutrition, this type of coaching is for you! This strategy call will help you set actionable goals and help you determine what changes will make the biggest impact on your life. At the end of the session, you’ll receive a file with a detailed, custom nutrition plan. You will not be given a meal plan to follow, instead, you will be provided with tools to help you make better choices on your own so you retain ultimate power over what you are eating day-to-day.

General Wellness Strategy

Want to improve your health and wellness but don’t know where to start? In this type of coaching involves a longer interview process so that I can undercover where your biggest struggle(s) is/are and where to first focus our attention. Sometimes it takes an outsider to help us look at what we are doing to see where we the most help.

Suzi has extensive training in fitness, yoga, meditation and mindfulness, stress management, nutrition, sports nutrition, and run coaching. It is her hope that through her one on one coaching that she can help more people in less time as she won’t be limited by location and can tailor sessions to meet each individual’s needs in a private session.

In a 1-hour wellness coaching session, you can get more done than you would get done in a month on your own. Having a trained coach in your corner helps you to speed up your progress by cutting out the need to research everything on your own.
